Orthopedic Specialists

Orthopedic specialists at Dayton Outpatient Center care for a variety of diseases and injuries including: bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and related tissues.  Using the latest surgical, arthroscopic, and radiology techniques, our goal is to get people moving again by repairing, reconstructing, and relieving pain.  Our Physical Therapy center with aquatics pool and full rotational exercise equipment will ensure proper treatment and conditioning for any orthopedic or sports medicine injuries.



Conditions we treat:

  • Shoulder pain: impingement, tendonitis, bursitis
  • Elbow pain: tendonitis, nerve entrapment
  • Wrist and hand pain: carpal tunnel syndrome, post-surgical, overuse
  • Knee pain: patellofemoral syndrome, tendonitis
  • Foot and ankle pain: acute or chronic sprains, heel pain, orthotics
  • Postoperative rehabilitation including knee, shoulder, spine
  • Low back pain

William H. Donahue, D.O. 

Specialty:

Medical School/Residency: Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Pittsburgh/ St. Vincent College Latrobe, PA (1957).  D.O from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (1957-61)

Fellowship: Intership at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, OH (1961-62). 

Residency also at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, OH (1962-65)

Orthopedics Chief at Grandview, 1965.

Entitlements: Dr. Donahue is currently president of Midewest Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery Inc and has had his own practice since 1965. He also is on staff at Grandview, Southview, and Greene  Memorial Hospitals. He was also 1 of 20 physicains in the nation involved in the study for the FDA approval for the biodegradible devices to be used in ACL reconstructions

Robert A. Fada M.D.

Specialty: Orthopedic Surgeon Total Hip & Knee Replacement

Medical School/Residency: University of Pittsburgh.

Fellowship: Reconstruction of the Adult Hip and Knee under Dr.Thomas H. Mallory of Joint Implant Surgeons, Columbus, Ohio and the Ohio Orthopaedic Institute.
